Delete your account
In the app (fastest)
- Open PIA and go to Profile.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then the red DELETE to confirm (or KEEP to change your mind).
It deletes everything listed below straight away, deletes the account itself, and the game starts again as a new player. If you have no connection, nothing is deleted and you can try again.
The in-app option comes with the next update of the app. Until you have it, please ask by email.
Or ask us by email
If you can't use the app (you uninstalled it, or lost the phone), send an email to flompo.support@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my PIA account", and include:
- your player ID: on Profile, tap your name to copy it (it's the line of letters and numbers under your name);
- if you can't open the game any more: your in-game display name, the email of the Google Play Games account if you signed in with one, and roughly when you last played.
With your player ID we can find your account exactly. Display names aren't unique, so without it we may reply to confirm which account is yours before we delete anything. We'll confirm by email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your player account (your Unity player ID and, if linked, its link to Google Play Games).
- Your saved profile: display name and faction choices.
- Your progress: gold, gems, units and levels, decks, chests, missions, season pass and campaign standing.
- Your analytics events: we ask Unity to delete the analytics data linked to your player ID.
What's kept, and why
- Purchase and refund records (order IDs, what was bought and granted, and refunds): kept as long as needed to handle refunds and chargebacks, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
- Encrypted backups of game progress, kept so we can recover from an outage: your progress stays in them until they expire (hourly backups after 7 days, daily after 90, weekly after 365). They are never used to bring a deleted account back.
- Match server logs, which may contain your display name: not deleted one by one, but they expire after at most 30 days.
- Google's own records (your Google Play purchase history and Play Games account): held by Google, under Google's policies.
How long it takes
In the app: straight away. By email: within 30 days of confirming the request.
Good to know
- Uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account. Your progress stays saved until you ask us to delete it.
- Deletion can't be undone: purchases and progress are gone for good. If you play again afterwards, you start as a new player.
